Mercedes-BenzEQS SUV
What's New?
The EQS SUV is Mercedes’ luxury electric SUV that was recently confirmed to hit Indian shores in FY2024. The car was unveiled in Europe in mid-2022. It is built on the EVA2 platform and comes with all the bells and whistles one could possibly demand for. Designed with respect to the EQ range’s design language, many of its exterior features like its headlamps, grille, and tail lamps are similar to the EQS sedan. Inside, the car gets the MBUX Hyperscreen setup that consists of three different displays- one for the centre console, one for the digital driver’s display, and one for the passenger’s display. The European version of the car is available in three trims. The base 450+ generates 355 bhp and 568 Nm while the 450 4Matic produces the same 355 bhp but higher torque figures of 800 Nm. The top-most variant is the 580 4Matic which churns out 536 bhp and 858 Nm.
