Back in 2020, when Kia launched the Sonet in India, the company had set several benchmarks in the subcompact SUV space. Aggressive styling, good creature comforts, and lots of new tech, the SUV had it all. Now, Kia India has given the Sonet a mid-life facelift, and it claims to have improved upon all these aspects. We recently spent some quality time with the car, and got to test both the turbo petrol and diesel engines. The former in the X-Line guise and the latter in the GT-Line trim. The much anticipated Maserati GranTurismo has made its official Asia-Pacific (APAC) premier in Tokyo, Japan. The new flagship from the Italian Marque will be launched in India in the second quarter of 2024. The GranTurismo is offered both as an internal combustion engine (ICE) car and an Electric Vehicle (EV), and it will be the former that will come to India first. The EV will arrive sometime towards the end of 2024.
